We are currently having problems with the Request function in the Library catalogue when used off-campus.
The Request button has been removed from the catalogue until this problem is solved. Library users should contact Library staff to have staff place requests on their behalf.
Library users who have searched the catalogue from off-campus, and placed requests should contact Library staff to check that the requests have been placed on the system. If the requests have not been recorded, staff can redo them on behalf of the library users.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused, and our supplier is working to solve this as a top priority.
